Returns and Exchanges
We want you in scrubs that fit your shift. Start a return within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags.
Eligible items
- Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached
- Original packaging when applicable
- Final sale and customized embroidery are not returnable
How to start a return
- Email returns@azscrubs.com with your order number and items to return.
- We send a prepaid label for Canadian returns when eligible.
- Drop off the package within 7 days of label issue.
- Refunds post within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the item.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Note the exchange in your return email and we will ship the replacement as soon as your return is scanned. Review size charts before you repurchase.
